The Patient Experience Symposium When: May 1-3, 2019

What: Improving the quality, culture and business model of health care by improving the patient experience. MACRMI’s 7th Annual Communication, Apology and Resolution Forum When: May 7, 2019, 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

What: Simulations of the communication, apology and resolution (CARe) response to an adverse event in different settings, moderated panel discussion and implementation guidance.
