11th Annual CARe Forum

Friday, April 11, 2025 • 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

The Betsy Lehman Center's Communication, Apology and Resolution (CARe) Forum will feature presentations, case simulations and more. It will take place in Boston with additional time for networking and lunch following the program, and there is also an option to join live online. The forum is eligible for 2.5 Risk Management CME credits.
