The Roadmap to Health Care Safety for Massachusetts is a first-in-the-nation strategic plan to propel investment, action and transformative change across the Commonwealth’s health care continuum. The Betsy Lehman Center’s 2025 Annual Report highlights continued progress on the Roadmap, including programs to support safety efforts in provider organizations and new initiatives to improve data collection and transparency.
