Adverse Event Learning Exchange

The Adverse Event Learning Exchange was built by the Betsy Lehman Center to share learnings from the hundreds of serious reportable events (SREs) filed with the state each year. It is available for the exclusive use of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in Massachusetts.
