Part 1 of MACRMI's 9th Annual CARe form was held on October 26, 2021. Dr. Alice Coombs was the featured keynote speaker, Lisa Parks gave a family member testimonial, and program manager Melinda Van Niel spoke about CARe and recent activities. Co-Chairs Doug Salvador, MD, MPH and Patricia Folcarelli, RN, PhD held a discussion session.
The work of the Massachusetts Alliance for Communication and Resolution following Medical Injury (MACRMI) will now be led by the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety.
