2026 Submitted PFAC Reports
Massachusetts law requires all acute and rehabilitation hospitals in the state to have a PFAC and report annually on its activities. To do this, hospitals may fill out the Betsy Lehman Center’s PFAC report form for the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) and submit it by October 1. The Center uses this information to help measure successes and identify key challenges statewide.
All acute and rehabilitation hospitals in the Commonwealth are listed below. Those that have submitted a form for FY26 will have a clickable link. If you have not yet submitted a form but would like to, please email PFAC@​BetsyLehmanCenterMA.​gov.
