The Virtual Peer Support Network is available to all health care workers across Massachusetts. However, organizations that partner with the Betsy Lehman Center to train peer supporters and promote the program internally will see greater success. Leadership buy-in and ongoing communication about the virtual network is key to making sure your workforce knows about and takes advantage of this resource.
